We wish to thank you for considering Allen Home Health Care as the provider for your home health care service. In order to best serve you and your needs a nurse will be assigned to oversee and coordinate your service. Together, we will establish realistic goals and objectives. The duration of care will be dependent upon your needs. Our goals are to restore you to your optimum potential, achieving function and comfort for physical and emotional adjustments.
Whether you're back home recovering from a major medical episode, or simply need a little help around the house you can depend on Allen Home Care.
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our agency is certified by the Community Health Accreditation Program, Inc., (CHAP). We are also in compliance with the State of Michigan HIPAA laws and regulations.
As a courtesy, Allen Home Health Care, Inc. provides a light housekeeping service at the client’s request.
All staff members of Allen Home Health Care, Inc. participate in an extensive health and criminal background check. Our number one main goal and concern is our client’s well-being and safety.
Who qualifies for these services?
Someone who is:

Affected by disease, which may be difficult to manage and can interfere with their life.

Medically unstable and under a physicians care.
- Recovering from a hospital or convalescent stay, due to accident, illness or surgery.
Will I be charged for approved services?
No! These services are covered by your insurance.
How do I begin receiving home care services?
Eligible clients, caregivers or physicians can initiate services by calling
our agency
